Aroma is big citrus/sweetness and a hint of dark fruit. The flavor is fruit/citrus, dark fruit, grains/malts and medium but long spicy/bitter hop finish.

Dark orange brew, completely opaque, with a modest off-white head. Good retention.
Bright citrus and floral tones on the nose, layered atop a doughy malt base of bread, crackers, and honey.
Juicy, sweet, and big bodied on the palate; plenty of malt sweetness playing with the fruity and floral Centennial hops. Slightly grainy pale and caramel malts, but mostly the big body presents a chewy, doughy, sweet base for the hops.
Very little bite, and even less heat for the ABV. Exceptional drinkability for a DIPA.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on January 10, 2019. Really nice floral aroma with a hint of pine. Flavors of citrus fruit especially lemon.

16oz can, canned 10.17.18, fresh by 12.17.18, poured into a 14oz snifter glass.
The beer pours a very turbid and hazy golden color, orange hues and an incredible thickness and haziness to the beer. A white head appears briefly, about a finger high, loose fizzy bubbles that recedes quickly leaving a spot or two of lace. The aroma is pleasant, juicy fruit, berries and mango with a nice floral bouquet and a lot of grassy green hops, resinous, weedy, piney and sappy with soft doughy malt. The flavors are good, tangy fruity hops at first with a very dry and grassy burst, resinous pine, dank floral character, a bit herbaceous with some sweet yeast, soft pale dough and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, lively medium body that has a nice crisp texture and a dry bite at the finish.
Verdict: A nice IIPA from Hubbard's Cave. The focus of centennial is great, a more "old school" C hop that really does well on it's own. Bright, juicy, floral and green that is balanced well and very refreshing. A nice hazer.
