Pours a pale golden color with a big foam in the Einbecker Pils glass. Surprisingly clear. Clean and crisp with a light body. Interesting grainy aroma with a touch of coriander. Just a hint of the barnyard in the nose. Rather dry and yeasty tasting.
This has a little of the Witbier taste with a more bitter finish. Really very light from body to taste, but a more refreshing and quaffable sort of Saison. Dated 02/20/18, but this seems plenty fresh. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.

32oz crowler filled at Resonate on April 9th (two weeks ago). Hopefully the crowler keeps well -- it gave a satisfying crack-hiss when I opened it.
Pours a dingy grayish-amber with a moderate-small head and medium carbonation. Smell is moderately sour and funky. Smells a little like unripe pears.
Taste is moderately tart, actually very similar to the aroma, with a bit more of a bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is smooth but a little flat. Overall, not bad.

Enjoying a glass of this on-tap at a restaraunt called Next Door that my wife and I are having dinner at in Port Angeles. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a very cloudy/hazy bright golden color with a nice white head that's about half an inch thick when first poured that eventually settles to a medium sized ring lining the inside if the glass. Not much lacing. Grassy, grainy, barnyard must and funk, and yeast aromas are abound here. The taste is pretty much the same, with a moderate green apple tart, sour taste along with the aforementioned grassy must and funk and a definite yeastyness along with a bit of peppery spice. Has a mainly crisp, slightly prickly, somewhat smooth too, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean and dry finish. A very enjoyable beer all around.
