Look:
Hazy light orange with a one finger, dense and very fine head of white foam. Leaves fantastic rings of lacing.
Aroma:
Grapefruit, graham cracker, pineapple puree. Moderate sweet orange and very light pine needle.
Taste:
Pineapple puree and lots of sweet orange. Very light bitterness, gentle notes of pine but not in a hot or boozy way, just in the background. Biscuits. Cookies. A very, very light strawberry note.
Feel:
Pillowy. Dense. Low carb. Low heat for a strong ale.
Overall:
Solid.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 9/??/??, so I'm assuming canned sometime last September. The inimitable @WunderLlama sent this to me as part of NBS BIF #14 hijinks.
Pours a hazy orange-amber with a fairly small head, a relatively small ring around the glass with a very light dusting across the surface, but a lot of visible active carbonation. Smell is ripe to overripe tropical fruit with a little bit of old, musty hay. Maybe a little lemon zest.
Taste is citrus (maybe leaning toward orange and lemon), tropical juice, moderately sweet, fair amount of resinous bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel is on the light, almost watery side. Overall, this is a pretty good beer.

Pours a beautiful hazy pineapple color with a creamy white head that laces the glass nicely. Absolutely gorgeous hazy. The nose has the obligatory tangerine and grapefruit aromas, but there was also substantial mango and pineapple notes. Wow.
The tangerine flavor is forward and delicious on the palate, but it’s the mango/pineapple exacta that makes this so exceptional - thank you, Azacca hops - and there’s a bit of creamy oats a the back of the palate. The mouthfeel is medium and fitting for a hazy.
This is a delicious, juicy, flavorful hazy DIPA that takes an exotic turn that I really enjoyed. I need more Southern Grist in my life.

16 oz can, dated 9/17/21, into small wide mouthed glass.
Creamy juicy blonde with a finger of white head that recedes to a thick ring and leaves lots of toothpaste lacing.
Ripe oranges and mangoes on the nose, with hints of grapefruit, fresh picked strawberries, and cannabis. Damn.
Freshly sliced mango opens the profile up, followed by orange dum-dum and strawberry dum-dum. It finishes on wheatgrass, orange cream, juicy fruit gum, and mild cannabis. Super juicy, fruity, and delicious. It's a bit soft so it doesn't have much of a firm backing, but all this juice is welcome to me tonight.
Pillowy soft profile, with lots of carbonation and mild alcohol. Resiny yet still soft finish.
Overall, impressive is an understatement. This is one of my favorite Southern Grist IPAs now.
Who needs anything but this beer really.

Canned 8/12/20; drank 10/10/20 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice white head; strong tree-rung lace.
Orange peel, lemon & dry wheat notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Cream, dry wheat & mild orange citrus flavors.
This was O.K., but might have accidentally made the case that it needed galaxy. A pass for me going forward.
