Hazy yellowish orange. Pineapple, mango and peach hop aroma and flavor with light dank character; juicy. Nice balance. Medium bodied and creamy smooth for 7.5%.

Canned 09/25/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a pale murky orange with tons of fluffy white foam and lacing. Aroma is citrus rind and nectarine, with a little berry and spice. Flavor follows nose, super tropical, slightly sweet, and a tiny bit peppery. I really like how natural and juicy the fruit flavors feel as well as how balanced everything is. There's a little oat creaminess and soft malts, alongside a vegetal bitterness throughout, but this sits squarely in juicy IPA territory. Very very smooth as well. Body is higher but the big flavors feel supported and there's no ethanol at all present. It's thick with lower carbonation which helps the hop complexity really come through, and I found it to be an incredibly enjoyable sipper on a mild early fall day.

L-Very hazy, cloudy yellow/gold...small white head
S-Very impressive. Melons, pears, a bit of pine/spruce forest, and a touch of citrus.
T-A lot of the pears...almost apples too....some melon....unique flavors. Not a citrus/tropical fruit bomb by any means but there's some of that as well but subtle.
F-medium bodied. Finishes almost a little sharp and dry for the style.
O-Very enjoyable unique NE style IPA. Don't think I would revisit this if local but a good, solid, well made beer.

A: This beer pours a very hazy bright yellow with a fluffy white head.
S: On the nose I get mostly lemon peel and floral notes.
T: I love the bitterness in this! It's juicy and at the same time has a lingering dankness to it. It's very floral throughout the whole swish-and-swallow, almost perfume-y. There's bitter lemon peel, ripe orange, grapefruit, and other various tropical fruits right on the tongue. The finish brings that same perfume note out, which persists for a while.
M: This beer is creamy and bitey on the tongue and goes down smooth. It foams in the mouth and throat while keeping its body in tact.
O: One of my favorites so far from Southern Grist. They're really giving Bearded Iris a run for its money. This one has a bitter dimension added to trump the other (southern) NEIPAs I've tried.
