Mango Salt on the Rim

L - 2-finger popcorn butter head recedes rapidly, leaving behind a neon orange body.

S - mango, sweet orange, salt.

T - follows the nose. Lots of mango with a heaping portion of salt. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.

F - light body with appropriate carb.

O - looks and smells otherworldy. As in, something not produced on Earth. The mango taste is pleasant, although a little one-dimensional. I could see Moon inhabitants going gaga over this.

Appearance is deep bright orange with minimal head. Head has an orange tint to it. Aroma is Mango, big salt, some lime
Taste is Sweet mango up front, salt, lime, tartness on the back but not puckering
Fuller than medium mouthfeel, seems like purée fruit in this joker. Overall I really like this, they nailed the margarita taste. Amazing for summer drinking.

 

 

 

Poured into a snifter. A bright, turbid yellow-gold color, could be mistaken for orange juice, with a small white head. The aroma was fresh-squeezed lime with lemons and mango juice, but the lime dominated. Same on the palate. It's personal preference, but the lime and mango seemed at odds with each other. Otherwise the beer was very well crafted with a nice tartness and a nice amount of salinity.
