Appearance: Pours a yellow-hued body, haz---er, a little hazier with the amount of the sediment exiting the can. Slim, white head.
Smell: Strong puree aromatics, scented of pineapple and p-fruit with a clear-cut acidity from the underlying sour. Well behind that is the lightly sugary, vanilla-tinged scent of fluff.
Taste: Rather sharply acidic, tangy kettle sour promoted deftly by the acidic, tangy fruit additions. Yes, it's very secure in its acidic, tangy quality. I know I tried to consider if I had some TUMS handy. You glean a little bit of the lactose, even less of the marshmallow surviving that opening burst of puckering acidity, usually showing in a modest vanilla extract hint.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: Very jutting. Sharp elbows, this one.

Look: The beer pours a beautiful, golden yellow color that is translucent, and hazy. Some amber as well. There is some sediment floating around and some carbonation streaming up the from the bottom. The big, white head that formed upon pouring completely disappeared and I am left with no lacing. An enticing, and fruity looking beer on his 85 degree day here in NJ.
Nose: This beer is dripping with tropical fruit aromas. Tons of passion fruit and pineapple, driven by the former. I don’t know if this beer is brewed with wheat, but I’m getting a nice crackery, grainy aroma. It smells like one of those Tropicana tropical fruit juices you buy at the grocery store. Some lemon juice acidity.
Taste: The pineapple and passion sweetness is up front, perhaps with some added sugar from the mashmallow and lactose, but not overdone at all. It quickly shifts to a gentle acidity and tartness that lingers on the palate as lemon juice and white vinegar.
Feel: Low to medium level of carbonation.
Overall: A great fruited sour beer on a hot summer day and pretty easy drinking at 5.6%. Nothing crazy or over the top. Clean, no off flavors you get sometimes from kettle sours (assuming this is). Good all around great and nailing the fruit

Poured into a wine glass. A bright yellow-gold color with a thick white head. The aroma was just as billed, with lots of pineapple and tart passion fruit, mixed with a more subtle vanilla/marshmallow presence. Taste followed. Quite tart with sharp pineapple and passion fruit. The marshmallow was there and cut the tartness slightly, but this one was not sweet. Medium bodied and carbed. Outstanding.

L - 1.5 finger dense, bright white head atop a shimmering yellow body.
S - coconut, pineapple, marshmallow, burnt brown sugar, mixed berry.
T - follows the nose. Getting distinct passionfruit in the taste, but lots of marshmallow too. Quite tart, presumably from the passionfruit. No bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium-light body with appropriate carb.
O - sounds bizarre, but the ingredients work super-well together. The tartness makes it work.

Hazed orange-tinted straw with a fat finger of near-white head. Decent lacing.
The nose delivers as promised: strong pineapple, floral passionfruit and marshmallow. A sweet and heavily perfumed mix I find jarring and none too pleasant.
The taste has the same elements, with the added addition of wickedly tart lime juice. The beer does say “lactose sour ale” on it, but I went in expecting a NEIPA, so that was a bit of a shock. Even when approached as a sour, though, it doesn’t help with the incongruity of the nose.
Medium bodied with modest carbonation.
My wife liked this one. The flavor combination wasn’t for me. The flavors do pop, though, are are pretty much exactly as listed on the can. Very tart.
