12oz four pack , Christmas gift (she didn't know it was gluten-free). Very pale golden pour, fizzy head leaves small islands of fine bubbles, ring, lacing. Very light citrusy aroma. Taste is weak lemonade, bready, abrupt finish. Body seems appropriate. Not as bad as I was expecting.

12 oz can stamped "CANNED 03/10/25" so pretty darned fresh.
A nice, wet grain aroma that is mildly sweet with a smooth herbal hop note and a kiss of sulphur.
Flavor is a mellow ride of mildly sweet and slightly toasty grain. Buckwheat definitely chimes in here.
Mouthfeel is not as light as I feared. Nice to see a GF beer that is not thin. Decent carbonation and mildly bitter on the finish.
Overall, a damn solid GF take on a blonde.

Very light straw yellow color with a decent but brief white head.
The aroma is mild grain and a hint of fresh grass.
The taste is also mild grain with a touch of herbal hops.
The body is light, good carbonation level, slightly crisp, very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a mild but refreshing brew, although the flavor is mild it is very pleasant, should be a very good summer cooler and should work well with most food, especially lighter fare. Considering that this is gluten free, I would have to say well done, if this is important to you, recommended.

This is my favorite gluten free beer. I was diagnosed Celiac in 2021. I am a big fan of Holidaily beers. If you are Celiac or gluten intolerant and haven’t tried Holidaily beer you need to get some.
I’m in the Dallas / Fort Worth area of Texas. I find Holidaily beers in many Total Wine locations and Craft Brew Cellars in Dallas stocks it.

On tap at top golf thornton
The look when it arrived was a light straw, but entirely hazy almost like pineapple juice. Very unfiltered. Light head when it arrove not much sticks around for more than 10 mins, but the color seems to be the main event here.
The scent has a juicy hop character with some citrus and light tropical notes. Some light malts shine through. Some funky fermentation character.
The flavor follows the smell but brings a bit more citrus. I wouldnt call it a citrus beer, but these hops are pretty fun in this one. Decent but light malt backbone that lingers a bit but no off flavors. A decent amount of bittering hops but nothing crazy, still loyal enough to the style (not that a blonde ale is something that needs to be fully traditional.)
The feel it's quite easy to put down and very refreshing. With the citrus hop notes. Not watery but not too heavy and has decent carbonation.
Overall a very tasty beer. Good for summertime but also tasty year round good with lighter dishes I'd say like a lemon caper pasta or something like that, but it's a very interesting blonde ale.

Bought from Beer Drop, had with Thai food and shared with a friend who tolerates gluten poorly... a good time was had.
I have not had enough gluten-free ales to compare this one confidently. But, I am glad BA has now integrated the gluten-frees ales into standard styles. No doubt on a relative basis, this contributes to Favorite Blonde's seemingly low ratings given its refreshing, gentle character. instead of kept separate.
I will say that Favorite Blonde does seem to avoid two gluten-free problems for me: malts tend to be too simple; and feel tends to be too thin. Favorite Blonde adds millet and lots of buckwheat to the malt bill and its mouth is medium with a grainier, softer texture. (I'm wondering if the millet and the whole, ancient grains movement reduces gluten problems.)
Digestive science aside... Starting with the philosophy that beer should be for everyone, I am glad to have my first from Holidaily. I went on their website and discover they were founded by a woman suffering from Celiac disease. Six years later, they are learning how to share a love for brewing with those who, unfortunately, cannot enjoy it as much as we do. A warm, almost tender, website... I am glad to give Holidaily lots of Overall Hugs. (Personally, I can't imagine life with that disease.)

starting to see this one everywhere all of a sudden. both in cans and on tap. its a gluten free brew, still apparently brewed like a beer though, and although compared to other craft blonde ales its nothing special compared to just about all light gluten free beers, this is well ahead of its peers. very light in color, almost watery, lighter in shade than almost any beer out there, but not hurting for flavor. it does taste a bit grainy, not sure what they use here, but i think its more than normal beer treated with the enzyme, because that doesnt get 100% of the gluten out and this is gluten free for sure. i like the starchy cereal flavor to it, and i like the light clean nature of the mouthfeel, almost has a light lager crispness. not much there in terms of hops, but its well enough made overall that it has me interested in trying their other flavors, but this remains the only one i have see available anywhere. as the gluten free stuff goes, this is pretty solid, and it should do well here.

This was my favorite of the three beers I tried here, so I guess I'd agree with the name, even if that's not why they call it that. It also appears to be their most popular beer, based on sales and what other people were drinking while I was there. It's very light and mellow, no real fruity flavor but great for a hot summer day. Compares well to other blonde ales from bigger breweries.
