(16 oz can, no date/code; purchased cold single at Pinocchio's a few days ago... decanted into a teku)
L: initially pours a clear, pale straw yellow liquid; big, poofy tuft of foam, falling fast... after a few sips, swirled up the sediment in the can, dumped in the remainder, then clarity gets tainted, leaving an impenetrably opaque soup
S: 7-Up that's been sitting in a paper cup for hours... possibly a background note of corn lager?... sort of smells kettle-soured... 'IPA' is not what comes to mind at all, but overall it's pleasant
T: tart, champagne-like, with a huge burst of the lemon-lime upon first sip... Berliner-Weisse-like more like it, wow... the Mosaic begins to creep in during the aftertaste... the wheat does slowly build up on the palate, providing a foundation upon which this yellow/green Sour Patch Kid flesh can bounce
F: light-bodied and effervescent at first, the body rounds out later with the help of proteins and hop resins and sludge... as a sour, it's bright and uplifting; but as an IPA, it leaves me craving more angles, cut lines
O: by the end, it almost tastes like an IPA, but not really; this ought to be in the 'fruited kettle sour' category... the peach version of this I had in Aug 2021 was far more tasty; great enough that I didn't hesitate to buy this when I saw it... oh well (2090)

A: The beer is hazy pale light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lemon and lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and isn't overly sour.
Serving type: can

Pours a very hazy straw color with a full white foamy head which dissipates relatively quickly. A blast of lemon and lime on the nose as well as taste buddy not overtly tart and well balanced with the hops. Superb sour ipa

12oz can into snifter. pours hazy yellow with frothy thin white head. smells
almost like lemon lime gatorade with hops. taste is kind of like that too. nice tartness from the lemon and lime but it’s kind of thin and extremely dry on the finish. finding these silhouettes can be a bit hit or miss. still, it’s not undrinkable by any means just not as good as some of the other silhouettes i’ve tried.
