This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sour white grape, white wine, oak, lemon candy, and hay.
This is really pleasant. There's a firm and strong acidity, but lots of other little flavor complexities that help cut that down. There's a lemony candy-like sweetness, oak, white grape/wine, hay funk, and a delicious mineral bitterness.
This is light bodied, with a lingering acidity to it. It's definitely a slow sipper due to the pretty intense flavors.
Hudson Valley is well known for their sour milkshake-esque IPAs, but they do farmhouse ales and lagers very well, and they should be more well known for that fact.
