Can at Preservation Hall for some amazing jazz. Poured a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of cereal, grains and caramel. Sweet caramel taste with a very mild bitterness.

12oz can, plastic hotel cup, canned 9/18/24.

Very attractive clear gold and whipped, thick white head.

Satisfying lager yeast, light, crisp, lime zest, floral and melon hints.

Sweet pils malt, floral, crisp yeast.

Medium-light body with perfect medium-high carbonation that flows, bubbles, and rushes for a crisp, snappy sip.

This is a great American Lager. It’s light, crisp, and flavorful. I’d buy this routinely as a hot weather beer and it was also priced nicely at about $9 for the six-pack.

Had Paradise Park poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped "PKG ON:03/26/24," into pilsner glass.

Pours very pale straw with clarity and 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving some splotchy lace down the glass. Aromas of sweet melon, herbal bitterness and tart fruit off pour, joined soon by some aromas of funky fruit and finally of lime. On tasting, begins crisp and mildly malty and smooth, with a little mild lime, over that very mild pilsner malt base, into a very drying, clean finish.

Aroma's nicely interesting, and the liquid is simple and clean, for an easy-drinking pleasure.

Light golden color with lasting white cap.

A rather gentle aroma mildly suggestive of ripe peach.

Taste of sweet grain on entry, rather light, closely followed by floral hops. The combined effect of the two give off an airy, almost Springtime feel to this uncomplicated beer.

Overall it's an easy drinking beer for all occasions that call for something in that category.

Lightly foggy pale wedding band gold with a short white head.

The medium body has a surprisingly soft, fluffy feel while delivering lightly toasted wheat with a touch of white cornbread and a little pear skin tang.

Did I get a bad batch? Is someone playing a trick on me? This beer legitimately tastes (and smells) like the unforgettable aroma of Bourbon Street vomit/piss/shit mixture.
Addition 11/9/23: So I had three cases of this. The 1st bad beer was from the 1st case. The rest tasted fine. Yes, I tried it again. The 2nd case has been ok until this one I just popped open. Wtf is this shit? It tastes like spoiled grapefruit juice! Why does every 15pk case have a bad beer in it? WTH is going on?
I have another case to test and I'll get back with you.
3rd encounter: 1st beer. Ok. 2nd beer. Wtf?!?! Has something been vomited back into the beer can?? What is going on here with the quality??? This smells ans tastes like the drain of a French quarter sink!

Drank from a 12 fl oz can at Kimpton Hotel Fontenot, New Orleans, LA
Served in a stemless wine glass

Nearly crystal clear, medium gold appearance. A wall of bubbles lined the sides of the glass. The body was topped by a fluffy, finger-tall, off-white crown that quickly broke into a thin, patchy film. A fine ringlet encircled the liquid and stuck throughout the session.

The nose was crisp, pleasant and clean. Lemony and bright. Nice grainy malt quality. Touch of noble hops. Slightly biscuity and sweet. Solid.

The flavor profile was similar to the aroma but grainier and more bitter. Nice dry, crackery malt notes up front. Lemony in the center. Some noble hop bitterness appeared on the back end and carried the finish.

Excellent crisp, light, sprightly mouthfeel. Lively and highly effervescent on the palate. Somewhat champagne like in terms of body and carbonation.

This was a perfect “welcome beer” from the front desk at the Kimpton Hotel Fontenot. I was happy to throw back a few of these over our week-long New Orleans summer vacation, where the weather was exceptionally hot even by their standards.

Poured from 12oz can into a straight-sided glass.

Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and a good effervescence. Head is a thick finger of frothy white foam. Nice!

Smell: lightly malty with a crisp graininess. Not super hoppy, but there’s a soft noble/melon character there.

Taste: a bit grainier than the aroma, with a definite melon character to the hops. Not juicy, but kinda rind-ey. I didn’t love it at first sip, but it’s growing on me.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: this is not a fruit beer, but the hops do seem to add a little cucumber/watermelon thing. Pretty refreshing!
