This cider ale is a Pacific Northwest cider blended with a light crisp ale and finished on cranberry puree and a touch of peach juice. It has a crisp cider snap with a refreshing cranberry finish!

Carpe Rose has a thin, fizzy, pink-white head, a clear, bubbly, burnt sienna appearance, and no glass lacing. The aroma is of faint white bread and fruit. The flavor is similar, with some tartness. Mouthfeel is low medium, and I detected a chalky underbody. Carpe Rose finishes medium dry.
