A: Pours a cloudy yellow/orange color. A two finger white head forms that recedes quickly. Light lace is left behind.
S: A bit sulfur like and acidic in the nose. Corn and grains, other than that fairly neutral.
T: The sulfur corn/grain mixture is up front. The sulfur is light, but getting some corn flakes like flavors. A light fruity flavor, and just vaguely tart and acidic.
M/O: A light body with moderate carbonation. Not hard to drink, but I don't find a lot here. There is not a lot of yeast character and not very tart in any real way.
I think this is more of just a starting point, and base beer, for some of their other fruited sours. In that regard, it probably works as there is not really a lot here, and could be used to showcase the fruits better. As a stand alone, just kind of average, and wish there was more yeast character and more tartness.
