Guess I'm missing something with this one--I felt it was very weak flavorwise and bodywise. Had from the tap at their amazing space. For me I think they do IPAs much better but that's just one drinker's opinion.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a soft burnt purple to ruddy brown color with a clean level foamy little white head. Dissipated evenly leaving some concave lace sitting atop and riding on into the beer as it fell. The aroma started off with some lime, floral and fresh leafiness. Light citrusy to grassy notes along with some resin ever so balancing. The flavor subjects the lime to a nice balance from sweet to tart and letting in the floral and leafy notes to bring that extra citrusy to grassy qualities pouncing into the aftertaste nicely. Resin barely shows here, but I’m okay with that. Quick semi-dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionable quality about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt spot on. Overall, very nice saison that I would love to have again preferably in the Summer.

Served on tap at Foam.
Serves up a nice magenta color due to the hibiscus with one finger of head.
Aromas are all floral and slightly backed up by very mild yeasty notes.
Flavor is unique. Lots oh hibiscus flower on the front end. LOTS. The followed by surprising and welcome bitterness.
Mouthfeel is excellent.
Overall this beer is quenching, beautiful and uniquely flavored.
Tremendous!,

Pours a beautiful deep red color with a 2-finger pinkish-white foamy head. The head refuses to leave and leaves a ton of lacing as it dissipates.
The aroma is lightly tart, with notes of raspberries, lime, and tart cherries. There's some very light funkiness on the back end.
The taste is very floral, with lots of lemon and lime flavors, and a touch of raspberry. Finishes with some cracked pepper. The hibiscus really comes through here.
The feel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Crisp, and lightly dry.
Overall, a very good saison that is tart, sweet, and lightly funky. The look of this beer is just gorgeous. The hibiscus really shines on this beer.
