The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow to off orange brightness. Thin white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Messy clingy lacing running here and there. The aroma had some sweet floral qualities leaning towards jasmine, or perhaps chamomille. Nice level of brett, nothing overly done, it’s just there. Then some tartness and then citrus. Slight sweet herbal tone. The flavor takes in all of the previously mentioned flavors to flow together very nicely. Subtle sliding sweet citrus to herbal toned aftertaste. The finish follows semi-sweet with a slight tart to bitterness seemingly just there. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides nice and low to let the herbal, citrus and floral qualities make it somewhat dry. Overall, nice saison for the most part.

Slightly more yellow and transparent than Circa Now. Pours with a thick white head that sits around for a while. Doesn't seem to want to go anywhere. Releasing lots of bretty saison funky complexity. Peppery, strong lime notes. Pineapple brett aroma and flavor. However, brett isn't as pronounced in the flavor as it comes through in the aroma. Just enough to add something. Nice and dry, maybe slightly thin. Very good.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a huge fluffy white head. The head refuses to leave but leaves minimal lacing as it does go.

Aroma is lightly earthy and tart with some notes of citrus, with plenty of Brett coming through as well.

The taste is very citrus forward. Lots of lemon, lime, and orange. The brett is far more restrained here but adds a subtle funk character that lurks in the background.

Feel is light bodied with lively carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing, though lightly oily.

Overall, a good if unspectacular saison. Not much else to say.

Nice easy drinking beer. Pours clear yellow with a small head. Not much lacing. Smells herbal, citrus, Brett and bread. Taste follows the nose, slight sweetness at the start then a dry finish.

750 mL growler. Hazy pale orange body. Smells of brett, a little lavender, some wheat and doughy malts. Not sure if the description means they put lavender in it, but I get it. Taste has a milder brett contribution. A little bit of citrus, like lemon and orange. Soft doughy malt. Bitter brett earthiness without being a strong bite. Soft carbonation and medium body. Simple and nice.
