This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a fairly dark pink color with a sturdy finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Moderate lace. The aroma had a sweet and tart cranberry flesh and skin peel into some citrusy sweet and bitter pulpiness. Quaint bitter rind compliments fairly nice. The flavor punched the bitterness out to allow the tart and sweet flavors of the cranberries come forth a bit more. Sly cranberry tart aftertaste with some kick in the finish, but nicely done. The feel was just a tad under medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt good. Some acidity, but not distracting. Overall, a cranberry saison? I liked it and would like to have it again, but Foam barely brings anything back. I hope they bring this one back.

Poured from a growler filled at the brewery.
Pours a beautiful grapefruit-pink hue with some reddish tones. There's a finger of pinkish-white head that settles into a thin film that sits atop the beer. Leaves a fair amount of lacing.
The aroma is extremely deep and complex. There are notes of cranberries and black cherries, as well as a touch of tart lemon. The middle brings notes of sweet bread and wheat grass, which is finished by some cracked pepper spice and the slightest hint of funk. Amazing aroma.
The taste starts off tart, with notes of black cherry and cranberries. The middle is slightly funky and yeasty, with some notes of freshly baked dough. The finish is dry, with a kiss from the hops.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing with a dry finish. Slight puckering from the tartness.
Overall, one of the best and most complex saisons I've ever had. It's perfectly tart with balanced sweetness and just enough brett funk to let you know it's there. Just a beautiful beer.

Crazy appearance. Hazy purple/pink/red. Like looking at the best part of a sunset. Good head that lasted a little while. Tartness comes through nicely on the aroma with definite cranberry and cherry coming through. Quite complex. Citrus comes through as well but not necessarily blood orange. Little brett funk. Tastes similarly good. Very juicy. It does have fruit after all. Great beer for the fall. I want more.
