Beautiful orange pour and a fluffy white head that lingers throughout. Spicy yeasty nose. Great body and a delicate peppery flavor.

Quite enjoyable. Bit of spicy yeast notes but peppercorn definitely comes through. Slightly hazy golden with a bright white head. Lemony citrus throughout. A bit of oak comes through as well.

L: Hazy orange peach color with medium white head and very fine carbonation.
S: Quite peppery. Assuming a bit from the yeast as well as possible peppercorn addition. Citrus, vanilla, and oak as well. Very light funk.
T: As expected from the aroma with the addition of some bitterness.
F: Quite full. Fair amount of haze that give it a little extra body and medium carbonation.
O: Very good.

The second beer I had at Foam this weekend...
A: Hazy, amber color with a pillowy white head that dissipated into lacing.
S: Notes of black pepper, vanilla, and peach.
T: Fruity but dry tasting with a nice herbal hop undertone.
M: Creamy soft texture.
O: Really have enjoyed the past few saisons I've had from this new brewery in town. Hope to see more like this.

On tap at Foam. Orange body with a medium white head. Smells a little herbal, yeasty, and kinda phenolic. A little bit like a generic American saison. Tastes a little citrusy up front. Immediately bitter and yeasty. Dries out to a spicy finish. Medium body. Not bad, but nothing very distinctive.
