On tap at the brewery. This was poured into a tall tulip. The appearance was a soft bright yellow color with a semi-thick finger’s worth of white foamy head. Sly rimm-ed lace running here and there. The aroma had some eucalyptus/minty/herbal blend rolling into some Belgian yeasty/bready/somewhat wheaty tones. Some light white and black pepper. Then ends with some pineapple. The flavor blends nicely between that eucalyptus/minty/herbal thing to the Belgian yeasty/breadiness. Semi-sweet and then the pineapple helps to underscore the flavor fairly nicely. Fairly smooth sweet herbal/minty aftertaste with a sly bready sticky finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seems to hit fairly well. Fairly smooth from the eucalyptus. Overall, nice unique and creative way by Foam Brewers to take a saison and add eucalyptus. I liked it and would have again.

L: Very hazy light yellow color with medium white head. Lacing left behind.
S: Floral notes come through quite strong with a bit of spicy yeast. Definitely get lavender which I assume is an addition to this. A bit of doughy malt as well as tropical and herbal hop notes.
T: As expected from the aroma with a bit more bitterness and juicy spicy yeast.
F: Full bodied. Moderate carbonation.
O: Great. Definitely on the full and slightly bitter side of saisons.
