Poured into a tall tulip at the brewery.
The appearance was a bright golden yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that held for what seemed to be a sly minute and then slid off in a nice fashion to leave some light speckled yet sliding lace running into the beer.
The aroma had a wonderful blend of peach skin, somewhat sweet with a touch of sour and then a little bit of bright invasive woody sour to sweet to tart glaze.
The flavor honored the blend of the prior notes to ride full throttle into the aftertaste - sour and tart brushing some sweet highlights and a light dry edgy note.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied as it seemed to be just a touch under and fully embraced a fantastic sipping quality. This wasn't puckering like a fair amount of sour ales can be, but left it's brush with death of amazing sour harshness gliding over my tongue.
Overall, extremely nice "sour ale" well worth my time and money.
