Growler share.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a murky pale yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Some messy lace.
The aroma had some white pear, crushed pineapple, light coriander and a clear cut soft freshly cut grass arranging in and all around.
The flavor moderately brought the sweetness of the pear and pineapple to the coriander subtly. Mild aftertaste of the pear and the freshly cut grass.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV kept it's composure as stated by the brewer. Touch of spice in the finish but honestly, it was quite smooth all around.
Overall, pretty nice saison, and very smooth and presentable for Summer sessions. Yes, I'd "feed the clouds" with this.
