On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a chill haze sort of pale yellow to orange paper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that quickly dissipated. Barely any lace.
The aroma seemed to blend tart rhubarb over some thin sweet grassy notes. Light funk and a developing sort of dried woodiness melded in underneath.
The flavor moderated between the sour, the tart and the sweet to cover the blend in and all around. Nicely blended aftertaste of all of this.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, seeming to want to sit just a touch under and bearing a good carbonation while also maintaining it's projected ABV by the brewer. Quick non-puckering sort of finish.
Overall, pretty nice American wild ale that I would have again.
