On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a tall tulip.
The appearance was a glossy pale yellow to paper white color. Subtle transparency, but super quaint. Small cap of a little white foamy head slid off pretty quick. Some messy lace.
The aroma had a huge sweet to tart lemon and lime pulpiness up front touching down on some sweet wheat and lemongrass.
The flavor was moderately sweet with an ample tartness coming in for balance. Some lemon zest and grassy edges roam in and around the taste. Slight aftertaste of the lemon and lime.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt on par. Sweet, tart and semi-zesty bright citrusy sort of finish.
Overall, works like a champ as a Saison fit to be drank in the Summer. Why am I having it now? Because Foam Brewers had it on tap tonight. Still, I'd have it again.
