Poured into a pilsner glass, the appearance was a modest burnt yellow color with a quickly dissipating finger's worth of white foamy head. There wasn't any lace.
The aroma had a superb blend of sweet biscuit, freshly cut grass, light tickle of lemon and a sly herbal tone.
The flavor had a wonderful clean sweet biscuit to white bready tone to kick at the light grassy tone. A modest aftertaste of biscuit, light lemon and herbal character slid in nicely.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Nothing distractible, but exceptionally clean and pulling rank on my tongue to delicately move in a way that takes me back to my early days of discovering beer. Yes, that slick tone of a smooth lager that just slides along.
Overall, another well done lager by Foam Brewers. Is there a style they can't do right? Drinking this makes me wonder why people still give AB/InBev a chance. Are they so "skewed" in their view of sympathizing for a brewery that aims to destroy craft beer?

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
