On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a semi-murky burnt orange to copper color with a shy transparency about it. Not much of a head but what was there dissipated fairly quick. Lace was a bit few and far between.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet and tart peaches to subtle woody yet floral and grassy toned hops. Just a whiff of honey underscores at the belt.
The flavor matches the aroma sweetly and florally. Peachy tart sweetness rounds out and leads into the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Moderately low carbonation. Nice dry tart peachy sweet smooth finish.
Overall, pretty nice beer by Foam but I didn't get a whole lotta saison qualities in this one. Could be construed more as a fruit beer. I'd still have again.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
