aroma is honey, vanilla, light oak, funky, spicy.
on palate there is spice, lemon, hay, grassy earth, apricot, white grape. some herbacous and floral quality as well as a pungent funkyness and spicy pepper type thing. some nice oaky complexity lending flavors of vanilla. definitely has a nice punch to it, wasnt loving it when i first cracked but as it warmed it really opened up.

Poured from the 500 ml bottle into a tulip.
Pours light honey color with just a touch of haze and very low head.
Aromas are a lot of white wine, wood, honey and yeast.
Flavors are delicious. Tart, white wine, honey, white wine...sourness.
Mouthfeel was really nice.
Overall...a perfectly crafted sour beer.
