Bottle: Poured a bright clear yellow color ale with a small white bubbly head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light botanical notes is OK. Taste is somewhat of a mess of different flavours with some Brett notes, light botanical notes and some off residual sugar notes. Body is somewhat full with limited carbonation. Lack attenuation and balance and ends up being more or less drinkable.

beautiful looking beer. the execution on this is impressive - even at 11% it manages to stay light and retains some saison character. aromas are funky and lime. on palate is pleasant lime and gin character, definitely pretty spirit forward, some oaky vanilla notes and hints of funk. overall this beer would be perfect to enjoy in a 4-6 oz format, as the gin qualities are definitely pronounced, but overall a wonderful and interesting brew that is very worth trying.
