12 oz can.
Canned 03/26/20.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 5/8 inch white head over a near bright straw colored body with some lacing. Nose of cracker, biscuit, and slight grass. Taste mirrors nose fairly closely with a finish of biscuit-y yeast and slightly sweet. Nice feel and overall, highly quaffable and would recommend to any and all pilsner fans out there to see what a mostly IPA brewery can do with a pilsner recipe.
Cheers!!!

On tap at Foam Brewers.
This was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a beautiful looking ruddy orange semi-muddy color with a stifled two fingers worth of white foamy head. This fell off stealthily to leave some messy lace.
The aroma carried a fine blend of semi-sweet biscuits, subtle floral sweet hops, even lighter grassy hops and a refined clean pick up of herbal character.
The flavor seemed to meld all of the prior mentioned aromas together mostly in a sweet fashion with a well rounded blend of malts to hops. Mellow aftertaste of malts, crackery and full / subtle floral.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied but sat just a touch under. Good carbonation with a fine sessionability about it. Smooth throughout. Nice finish of semi-grassy to full on floral semi-dry and pulled crackery malts.
Overall, I liked this one for me but somewhat different than a true German Pilsener.
