Had on tap at TipTap room in Boston. Need to rate this bar, as its beer list is amazing
Haven’t had a NEIPA in it seems forever (or, 2 days) so I gave this a try. Love Foam, so never disappointed. This was good. Others here doing the finger test on the head, but I didn’t do this as I didn’t want to be looked at as a weirdo. The taste is measured and balanced - little fruity but not overwhelming. Balanced and tasty - not overly memorable but still a good beer. I’d get another but I need to go back to work and take a nap.

Funny for Foam Brewers, not much lasting foam here, while others observed a 4 finger head.
My 2nd from brewer, but it's delicious craft.
a) 3 scant head muddy yellow body.
s) pear, grape, melon.
t) Big taste of pear, grape, pine, grass.
f) Prickly, astringent wine like. Bright.
o) Original.

This is one of those beers that you have to fully warm up in order to appreciate the taste and mouth feel.
Light yellow color in a Spiegelau IPA glass with a 4F head
At colder temps, the aroma doesn’t come through. The warmer temps bring grape, pear, and citrus.
Full flavored taste: grape, pear and citrus.
The beer gets hoppier with warming.
Smooth MF for an IPA.
Overall, excellent beer.
Always have a separate thermometer for your beer tastings, it’s worthwhile so you can fully appreciate your beer tastings!

I must be spoiled. I've heard such great things about foam. This is so pedestrian. I think (or I hope?) that I just chose the wrong one.

16oz can dated 8/24/22.
Pours hazy yellow with moderate retention and lacing. Lemon-lime, pear, and melons in the nose. Light bodied with a thinnish mouthfeel. Pithy citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Grapefruit, lemongrass, and pineapple skin. Finishes dry with lingering tropical pith.

Canned on 08/10/22 on bottom of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Very pale hazy yellow with 1-2 finger frothy white head with decent retention and ample lacing.
S: Hoppy but balanced with passion fruit, orange, lime, pineapple, and mango. There is an overripe melon note that is a little gourds. Malt presence is evident but doesn’t create much aroma. Esters are low for the style and lightly fruity.
T: Flavor is also balanced with melon, passion fruit, orange, pineapple, and guava, especially on the finish and aftertaste, Malt provide a lightly sweet background. Bitterness is low. Alcohol is hidden well. Esters are low-medium and generic fruity.
M: Very drinkable with medium body, moderate carbonation and soft finish that is comforting.
O: I rarely drink 2 NEIPAs in the same night but I am going back for another She Doesn’t Need U! because it is so balanced.
