On tap at Sabatinis in Exeter pa this lunchtime.
Almost clear light amber body. Strong and persistent white head, sheets of lacing. Aroma is malty and bready, which carries over into the taste. It is slightly sweet. Finish is clean, no aftertaste.
Overall, very good kellerbier, appreciate the cleanness. Would happily have again.

Can dated 12/16/24 courtesy of @roguer
Pours an opaque orange, one finger head that recesses into a thin layer of foamy bubbles. Smells very comparable to sourdough and unfermented grain, hints of lemon sourness. Taste is malty, subtle lemon sourness, bread. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated. Finish is slightly sour, slightly bitter, things in balance. Easy drinking no questions.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can is dated 2/21/24. Got this can from @Roy_Hobbs in NBS BIF #18, though @Roguer also sent me one.
Pours clear dark brass-amber with a medium sized head. Smell is delightfully bready, doughy, grainy, light yeast funk, some honeysuckle and grain sweetness.
Taste is recognizably similar, lots of grain, sweetness is definitely muted though. I get a lot more woody and nutty bitterness. Grassy, earthy hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel is super light and clean. Overall, this is very tasty and incredibly easy to drink, and I would love to buy packs of it. Luckily, I have a second can, thanks to @Roguer.

Pours an effervescent and somewhat hazed amber color with a thumb of cream colored head. Average-ish head retention & lacing
S: Bready & grainy aromas, sweet grainyness
T: Follows the nose, dryness, a touch of woody hop & lemon up front, plus just a little caramel. Brown bread, a touch of grainyness, woody hops & dryness as this beer warms up. Finishes with caramel sweeyness, grainy bitterness & bready dryness
MF: Medium, super restrained carbonation, as it should be, perfect for the style
Very drinkable & true to style probably as good as any I've had here or Germany

Can from the brewery in Salem, CT. Pours a mostly clear light amber with a finger of creamy white head that dissipates, nice lacing; smell is doughy brown bread and rye bread malts, mild banana and clove yeast character, hints of toffee and caramel; taste is wheat bread, funky grains, mild marmalade and clove, zippy grassy hops on the finish; feel is medium bodied, with creamy carbonation, semi-dry finish. Brown wheat bread and marmalade with some hop zip.

canned on 11/09/22. tallboy pint can poured into dimpled mug.
Appearance: pale golden slightly hazy semi translucent beer. Frothy and creamy bone white head. Lots of sticky lacing. Great head retention.
Smell: Big doughy malt & clean lager yeast. Smelling mineral heavy well water also. I really love that smell from this beer style.
Taste: That perfect expression of doughy and bready malts! Light hops in the finish with minimal bitterness. Herbal and floral hops for a bit of balance. This finish is impressively clean.
Mouthfeel: Light & fluffy bodied beer with soft texture and creamy carbonation. Infinitely drinkable.
Overall: This reminds me a lot of New Glarus Zwickel which is the first beer that made me really love the Zwickel/Kellerbier style. Fox Farm really made an outstanding beer here. I also appreciate the fact that they call it a Kellerbier and not a Zwickel because they packaged it. They understand the beer style exactly how it was meant to be. This is very very legit. I want to drink a case of this come warmer weather.

Pours a hazed dark copper with two fingers of sandy-tinted head. Nice retention and soap-scum lacing.
Bready, doughy aroma with a light hint of lemon.
Sweet up front with hints of lemon and cherry. Maybe a hint of sulphur mid-palate. A slight mineral element beyond that adds a touch of crispness to an otherwise bready-tasting beverage. Just a touch of lingering grassy bitterness.
Medium bodied with tight, zippy carbonation.
Well balanced and very refreshing. Excellent beer.
