Collaboration with Electric Brewing Company.

Prepare to be electrified by Mr. Hop Fu's latest hazy creation, Electric Park! This time our resident mad scientist teamed up with a fellow mad scientist about 45 minutes up the road from him in Murrieta to brew up a TDH Hazy TIPA containing a thunderous barrage of Enigma, Vic Secret, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Galaxy and Nelson. Electrified yet? Well, you will be once your senses get hit with a bolt of tangy passion fruit, citrusy orange, tropical pineapple and drippy mango flavors. Possibly the thickest, most full bodied beer we've ever brewed, this dreamlike hazy starts juicy with a wonderful hop character then finishes deliciously dry. Get your hands on this one quick because it is guaranteed to be gone in a flash!

Canned on 7/5/23; consumed on 8/2/23

Pours a turbid, deep orange body topped with three fingers of sudsy, eggshell-white foam; solid head retention leaves a spotty few islands of cap, modest, soapy collar, and minimal strands of webby lacing holding to the walls of the glass.

Aromas of fresh lime zest and a mango syrup contrast upfront as bright passionfruit edges, sporting a hint of guava rind and touches of resinous texturing as white grape essence and notes of moss linger.

Taste brings mango zest and overripe passionfruit upfront, a touch of creaminess leveling lime peel zest and mushy guava past the mid-palate to culminate with fruit salad alongside a pulpy orange finish.

Mouthfeel shows a medium body and a soft, fuzzy carbonation, levying tautness into delicate, resinous grit over the mid-palate as boggy undertones meet a juicy peak; creamy textures largely prevail against a distant bittering, leaving a soft prickle into the finish.

A richly resinous amalgam of hoppy fruit salad provides the abundance of flavor and texture expected of an amply dry-hopped NEIPA of this magnitude, and a style consistently well-executed by North Park.

Sweet tropical hoppy, hint of white wine grape, slightly earthy, and an orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a well-balanced, tropical fruity hoppy and orange-grapefruit citrus bitter finish. As it warms, some earthy-hoppy bitter vibes start to peek out more, but this is balanced out by the sweet notes upfront. Bigboi ABV hidden well here....delicious triple!

Snuck over to North Park after a Pure Project visit to grab this beer. I was there the previous week and a beertender asked if I wanted to pre-order it. I declined but really wanted it and ended up with one of the last 4-packs when I picked it up. North Park’s website called it “Prepare to be electrified by Mr. Hop Fu's latest hazy creation, Electric Park! Poured a light golden hazy color with four fingers of rocky-to-frothy white head. Pretty calm underneath with just a few bubbles creeping up toward the top. Excellent spotty lacing. Perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled awesome right from the beginning. Got tangerine, Tang, peach, passion fruit, orange juice, orange creamsicle, pineapple, guava, mango, melon, cantaloupe, white wine, papaya, gooseberry and orange blossom. For the mentioned hops, Nelson, Galaxy and Vic Secret followed Citra for me. Still new to Enigma but looking at the hop profile (red fruits) I could see that. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.50)

Tasted just as good as the nose. So smooth for 10.5 pct. ABV. In order got Nelson, tangerine, Tang, orange creamsicle, pineapple, Galaxy, peach, passion fruit, papaya, Vic Secret, melon, Citra, red grapefruit rind, mango, guava, Enigma (looking at hop profile), white wine, viney gooseberry, orange blossom and floral. (Taste - 4.50)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Smooth, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Damn. Just a world-class hazy triple IPA. (Overall - 4.50)
