Kevin picked up a 4-pack of this for Sonny and I. Untappd description was “Triple Dry Hopped Double India Pale Ale with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Waimea and Freestyle Riwaka. A collaboration with our good buddies at Hop Butcher for the World.” Was expecting another banger from North Park.
Poured a light golden hazy color with four fingers of rocky white head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled pretty damn good. In order got Simcoe, Riwaka, orange blossom, orange creamsicle, floral, tangerine, grapefruit, pine, papaya, black pepper and herbal. Just as good from the can with the addition of mango. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted just as good as the nose. In order got Simcoe, Riwaka, orange blossom, orange creamsicle, floral, tangerine, papaya, grapefruit, pineapple, pine, herbal and lingering black pepper. Really smooth for 8.5 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth, slightly spicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Just another banger from North Park. So smooth for what it was. (Overall - 4.50)

Pours a turbid, radioactive gold body topped with two and a half fingers of fluffy, soapy, eggshell-white foam; solid head retention leaves a spotty few islands of cap, large, frothy collar, and a sparse dotting of webby lacing strewn around the walls of the glass.
Aroma highlights the prickly, catty stank of Simcoe tinged with peppercorn before the extensive dry-hopping layers mandarin along with resinous, boggy malts underlying as musty jackfruit, guava, and overripe passionfruit linger.
Taste opens to papaya, grapefruit, and passionfruit, with musty lemon meeting overripe guava and mandarin over the mid-palate; gritty white grape on the back end synchronizes with the boggy, tropical undertones lingering throughout the profile.
Mouthfeel offers a medium body and moderate carbonation, levying a taut, gritty silk to deft creaminess over the mid-palate, leaving pillowy resins glisten through the minimally bitter finish.
A Simcow flow carried by lush dry-hopping to a silky presentation; the trend of North Park refining the complexity of diverse hop combos to entirely welcoming levels persists.

Sweet tropical fruity hoppy, hint of stonefruit, and hint of grapefruit citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a well-balanced, tropical hoppy and grapefruit citrus bitter swallow. As it warms, a hint of booziness peaks out, but not overpoweringly so. This is more juicy-soft than murky, but still delicious!
