It is not everyday you get to make beer with a Queen so we obviously jumped at the chance to brew with our good friend Lauren at Tin Barn Brewing! Without further ado, we proudly present our latest collaboration "Tin Full of Hops" TDH Hazy Triple IPA with Citra, Citra Incognito, Freestyle Nelson, Nelson CGX and Hallertau Blanc. Bright notes of citrusy orange, dank dieselly pineapple and Welch's grape-strawberry juice hold court on the palate, while the full body engulfs the taste buds before the royally dry finish makes its debut at the end of the sip. It is at times like these when a beer turns out this delicious that we should all be grateful that the Queen knows Hop-Fu!

Poured a light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Plenty of fast-moving bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled big Citra, Nelson, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, Tang, white grape, viney berry and Juicy Fruit. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.50)

Tasted almost as good as the nose. Citra dominates, followed by Nelson, pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, Tang, white grape, viney berry, Juicy Fruit, floral and perfume. Pretty smooth for 10.1 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.50)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Fuck me running. Just another banger from North Park. (Overall - 4.50)

Pours a turbid, glossy sunflower-gold body capped with two fingers of soapy, off-white foam; mediocre head retention yields a half-finger of frothy cap, thin collar, and sudsy spatter of webby lacing draped down the walls of the glass.

Aromas of mango syrup meet earthy resins and a mossy prickle upfront, peaking with diesel pineapple cut with suggestions of guava into mild white grape must on the back end.

Taste highlights pineapple and papaya peel to open, easing into grassy lime couples with dank white grape and mushy guava accents over the mid-palate, leaving a touch of tangerine juice finishing.

Mouthfeel offers a medium body with subtle, moderate-low carbonation; creamy textures sport an underlying prickle through the mid-palate as a juicy twang lingers in the backdrop while a resinous gloss washes over a steady finish.

Exceptionally musty waves of Nelson dankness meet a resinous tropical saturation producing hints of a burlier ABV beneath a juiciness intent on maintaining a full-flavored balance.

Sweet orange-grapefruit citrus hoppy, white wine grape, and Nelson-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with an orange-tangerine citrus, tropical fruity, and hoppy bitter swallow. The TDH vibes from this are there and in charge, but doesn't overwhelm the palate on the backend. This is really tasty and settled in right now...drinking great!
