Dr. O graciously allowed us to borrow his lab from Middletown to concoct our latest collaboration with our best buds from EQ. What came straight outta the lab was "Straight Outta North Park" TDH Hazy TIPA hopped with Citra Incognito, Zappa, Strata, and Strata CGX for a bountiful abundance of wild berry skittles, strawberry gummy bears, juicy peach, and the most freshest of fresh squeezed orange juice. The thick, mouth coating body on this beer really allows the flavors to linger on the palate right up until this highly secretive, hybrid finish of sweet and dry, derived from hours and hours of work in the lab by Mr. Hop-Fu and Dr. O, with huge assists from McNally and Dennis. We know nothing in life but to be legit...don't quote us.

Grabbed a 4-pack of this and two others while picking up a bottle, splitting up the 4-packs with Sonny and Kevin. Untappd description was “Dr. O graciously allowed us to borrow his lab from Middletown to concoct our latest collaboration with our best buds from EQ. Poured a light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see some bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent spotty lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled Wild Berry Skittles (description helped me figure this out), Strata, strawberry, passion fruit, Fruity Pebbles, peach skin, Citra, grapefruit rind, pineapple, orange, mint and grass. Even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted a little better than the nose. Super smooth for 10.0 pct. ABV, too. In order got Strata, strawberry, Wild Berry Skittles (thanks to the description), Fruity Pebbles, passion fruit, peach, Citra, grapefruit rind, pineapple, orange, mint, grass and lingering peppery spice. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Another great North Park hazy TIPA. Not one of their bests in my opinion, but still glad I had it. (Overall - 4.25)

Canned on 7/26/22; consumed on 8/24/22

Pours a turbid, dandelion-gold body capped with multiple fingers of soapy, foamy, white head; good retention yields a paper-thin cap, a frothy, bubbly collar, and a haphazard spattering of webby/spotty lacing dotting the walls of the glass.

Aroma resounds with underripe lime/lime compote upfront, with distinctly earthy, vinous white grape over the middle evolving to papaya and green strawberry over time.

Taste opens to lime sherbet met with a ripely vinous white grape into distant jackfruit easing over the mid-palate; creamed tangerine adds plushness to a back end rife with floral subtext.

Mouthfeel brings a medium body and moderate carbonation leaving residual creaminess into an extended hop twang over the mid-palate; the back end settles to a subtle resinous glide as a juicy grit marks the finish.

Limey, citric brightness coats the amplified eccentricities of a charged and unique TIPA bill, producing an understated dank enveloped in steady plushness to counter the cacophony of hop texture.

Sweet tropical fruity hoppy and orange-tangerine citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical hoppy, tropical fruity, and orange-grapefruit citrus bitter finish. As it warms, some citrus bitter, hop burn comes out...but, I'm drinking this just a few days after canning and its not overpowering. This feels great and is murky and juicy-soft on the palate...This is delicious!
