When you know what you like, you know what you like and we also think we know what you all like. You want a hazy brew that is thick and bursting with flavor and we do too, so we present to you another collaboration with our friends at Magnify Brewing. We took our previous collab and brought it up an extra notch to make this delightfully juicy TDH Hazy TIPA. "I Like The One That Says Extra Pulp" with Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic, Cashmere and Strata hops is everything you loved about Some Pulp and more. Even the most callous of made men will turn to pulp once they experience the ruby red grapefruit, juicy orange, and ripe berry tasting notes this full bodied, creamy thick delight is packing

Picked up this beer and a few other North Park/Pure Project bangers to take to beer friends for work trip in Reno. Kept one of these for me. Untappd description was “When you know what you like, you know what you like and we also think we know what you all like. Poured a light-to-medium golden hazy color with two fingers of white frothy head. Could see a few bubble streams creeping up along the sides of the glass. World-class uneven foamy lacing. Excellent foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled pretty damn good. In order got Mosaic, red grapefruit, passion fruit, bubblegum, mango, guava, orange juice, tangerine, strawberry, Strata, dank weed and citrus rind. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Mosaic, red grapefruit, passion fruit, bubblegum, mango, guava, strawberry, Strata, dank weed, orange juice, tangerine, citrus rind and lingering peppery spice. Super smooth for 10 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.75)
Just another fantastic hazy IPA by North Park. Underrated this slightly too. (Overall - 4.50)

Canned in 10/18/22; consumed on 11/8/22
Pours an opaque, glossy golden body capped with a finger of soapy, off-white foam; decent head retention yields a vague layer of cap, thin, frothy collar, and limited array of sudsy, webby lacing tossed around the walls of the glass.
Aromas of grapefruit juice fade to peach rings and a touch of shaved coconut, with orange pulp washing over an underlying dank as musty passionfruit accents close.
Taste highlights orange juice upfront alongside heartier coconut undertones, leaving sweet peach interludes through waves of grapefruit and grassy resins on the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium-light body and a moderate on the lighter end of moderate, leaving juicy sensations trending vaguely slick into semi-creamy resins on the back end of the palate.
Coconut phased into heavier citric overtones does well to steady tropical integration, maintaining balance with a weighty sweetness and subdued, earthy undertones.

Sweet orange juicy hoppy, orange-grapefruit citrus, and hint of mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with beautifully balanced, tropical hoppy, and orange-tangerine citrus bitter finish. This one drinks more medium-bodied than I was expecting, but it is so delicious!
