Although the trek was long, we’ve managed to accomplish an incredible feat: The Furthest* Anyone Traveled To Brew A Collab! *On Foot. Our neighborhood friends from Seek Beer Co. made the journey down Ohio St. to collaborate on this triple dry-hopped Hazy DIPA, and we are so glad they did. Brewed with Warrior, Simcoe, and Citra Incognito, then dry-hopped with Citra T90, Simcoe T90, and Vic Secret T90, this hazy wonder is loaded with notes of juicy peach, ripe passionfruit, and tropical pineapple. This beer was absolutely worth the hike and we think you’ll agree once you get a taste.

Went over to Windmill Farms from work and ended up once again spending way too much on beer. The beer guy there was able to grab me a can of this, which was canned just the day before at the time. Poured a light golden hazy color with 5-to-6 fingers of rocky white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Simcoe, Citra, pineapple, coconut, peach, papaya, viney berry, passion fruit, lemon, floral and hints of peppery spice. A little better out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose but not quite. In order got Citra, Simcoe, pineapple, grapefruit, coconut, pine, papaya, Vic Secret, viney berry, peach, orange juice, passion fruit, lemon and floral. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was outstanding overall, but not quite as good as I hoped with these two breweries. (Overall - 4.25)

Canned on 10/11/22; consumed on 11/4/22
Pours an opaque sunflower-gold body capped with multiple fingers of sudsy, white foam; solid head retention leaves a thin layer of cap, moderate, frothy collar, and modest display of webby, soapy lacing spread across the walls of the glass.
Aromas bring tangerine bubble gum contrasting lime and accented with creamy mango subtleties; peach zest and subtle grapefruit offer progressive depth, while touches of residual, boggy dank are spread throughout the bouquet.
Taste opens to mango and peach zest with a lime peel inflection and cereal grain heft carrying through the mid-palate, leaving notes of juicy clementine and grapefruit pith on the back end while mossy resins fade through the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a medium body and moderate carbonation, leaving creamy textures easing to a juicy zest and bright twang through the mid-palate as a subtle, resinous grit eases a wispy tingle of bitterness through the otherwise drying finish.
Juicy citrus abounds atop a delayed exposition of sweeter tropical saturation, highlighting twangy peaks throughout as an earthiness builds; another potently flavor-forward, steadily structured NEIPA, the now-standard for North Park haze.
