16 oz. can. Pours clear deep orange. Chunks of hops, classic Alchemist. Smells of toasted malt, grapefruit, and pine hops. Tastes of grapefruit hops up front. Toasted malt and a touch of bready sweetness. Onion, grapefruit, and pine bitterness in a long hoppy finish. Medium body. Aggressively bittered. Classic and delicious.

16oz can in The Alchemist beer garden. Great laden pour, foamy head. Hoppy aroma, floral notes. Taste is caramel, pine, green, woody, grassy, floral. Tingly, sharp finish. Lots going on here.

A-This is a clear beer, amber in color with a nice thick pillowy head that lingers
S-Wonderful dank aroma with notes of pine and subtle spice, in a sweet cream vanilla pie
M-Velvety smooth with a luscious full mouthfeel. Medium carbonation with a little peppery bite
T-Sweet upfront with a malt flavour that interacts well with the smooth Columbus hop bitterness
O-What a fantastic showcase of Columbus and Summit hops. I would go so far as to classify this beer as a west coast style, with a higher end IBU total.

Acquired 9/21/19 at the brewery. Poured from the 16 oz. can into a Tree House stemmed tulip.
a: Translucent gold cleared out later, inch thick white head which receded to thin surface foam and patchy lacing and a small number of floaties.
s: Mainly Bready malt.
t; White grape and resin notes dominate over the malt base, moderate hop bite lingers on the dry finish. .
m; Medium, very good body and carbonation tingle.
o; Somewhat reminiscent of Heady but more west coast resin. Tasty and refreshing.
