Pours pale straw color with a slight haze. Big white rocky head that quickly dissipated leaving some sparse lacing.
The aroma is light and floral. Some barnyard notes and light clove. Honey.
The taste follows the nose. Starts off with barnyard, bubblegum and clove and then is hit with a grassy hop punch. The hops work for the style but I wouldn't want them to have a bigger presence. The malt is very light.
Quite light on the palate with fizzy carbonation. Almost watery. Good balance between sweet and bitter.
A good American style saison. The hops are very present for a style that they typically take a backseat to.

16oz can dated 3/20/24.
Pours hazy straw yellow with a two inch head of rocky white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Lemongrass, cloves in the nose. Light bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Quite spicy up front on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Lemon-lime, cloves, peppercorns. Finishes dry and spicy.

Pours a light gold with a mild haze and a persistent rocky head. Smell is lemon, hay and pilsner malt. Taste is more lemon, a touch of fiber and something almost like watermelon, which gives way to a cleansing bitterness. There's a distinctly different route of bitterness on the finish, veering towards grapefruit.
Overall a very nice beer - both full-flavored and light and refreshing.

Pours a clear gold, with a thin white head and steady carbonation. Funky hops on the nose, with lemon, ginger, strawberry, and a grapefruit-rind bitterness, which continues on the tail. Sippable, smooth, without a strong alcoholic burn.

big thanks to my boy back east for hooking this one up, new school saison in a can, im into it! this is neat beer, different than expected, somewhat more hoppy and exotic, unique on the yeast side for a clean one, not just the classic french type. its super ready to be out of the can, gushes some, massive hard to control white head on it several inches high, lemony colored pale beer with light haze and soft brightness, tons of effervescence, looks the part. nose of spicy yeast, sharp citrus rind, lemon and tangelo, with some confection type sweetness, lemon bar, white pepper, even ginger for a second, fresh and clean but still a little rustic, wheaty base but real light there, actually surprising to me the alcohol is as strong as it is, smells and feels so delicate. the flavor is yeast driven and its odd, estery to almost phenolic like its fermented super warm, not belgian at all but with pear, sauvignon blanc, and white floral aspects running wild, some chemical soapiness too though at temperature, more white pepper, white currant and cranberry, lemongrass, meyer lemon, some amount of tang too but it doesnt seem bacterial, and its definitely dry hopped, perhaps with something southern hemisphere, unless the yeast is so expressive that its presenting melon and vegetal notes too, excessive a little bit in this regard, but it tastes good. mouthfeel rules, super vibrant and buzzy and alive, with a freshness from the hops and still a rustic vibe with the malt. the yeast is dominant but i appreciate it being unique. cool to try some less common beers from these guys recently, they do more than just the hoppy classics quite well, and this is a fun and distinctive, easy drinking and uniquely flavored saison for warm weather.

Can, of course. Hazy golden orange with rocky dense head and lace. Orangy grassy herbal yeasty aroma. Dry orange grassy sweetness with assertive herbal and orange finish. Fruity but dry. Very lively highly attenuated body with just enough bite. Totally fucking excellent.

Poured from the can into a tulip glass.
Billowing and big forming head, rocky doesn't even begin to describe it. A thick eggshell fist of bright white foam, with thick shaving cream consistency fills the glass on a slow edge pour. This is great, controlled nicely the beer slowly forms, you could stick a fork in this thing the retention is tremendous. Body is unfiltered opaque, pale yellow, hints a little chestnut brown with a classic roaring carbonation in the center that can just barely be seen. Spectacular looking saison.
The aroma is just as grand. Soft hay, warm sensing green cut grass, a chewy malt dough with light funky notes nestled in the background. Intense sweet floral like qualities mixing with soft cake like dough as well that you can sink your teeth into.
Palate is just exquisite. Rich coating malt with a soft earth mid palate flavor, of floating dense bready yeast, light lemon, and chewy hay. Grass like herbs and hop lightness mix with just a pinch of little pepper. Dense and rich, with a great earth bent that pulls floral almost lavender like flavors and exotic gruit style herbs in the making with a slight touch of punchy hop notes as well.
Easily one of the best saisons I have ever had.
