Bottle at share. Hazy golden pour, small head. The usual saison notes in the aroma and taste, while the rye adds a nice musty essence. Surprisingly tart for a saison.

So, the pour has me a little concerned with massive foaming. UH OH.
No date stamp anywhere on label, but the label also mentions "Drink fresh"
Pouring at cellar temp into my snifter.
4.5 inches of fluffy bleached white head foam up and leave me about 1 inch of orange to copper colored beer in the bottom of my glass. the beer is sort of hazy and when I pour in a little more from the can it is straight up cloudy copper color. Only a little sediment in the bottom of my glass however.
Aroma is some lemon, biscuits and white bread with a little musty blanket. few more whiffs and I do get some light spiciness too with a sort of less sweet clove note and actually some light fruity peach. Not really any hop profile, unless the lemon is from hops, but Im thinking that is the yeast.
First sip reveals a light to medium body, very sharp carbonation and relatively smooth texture.
But physical traits are overshadowed by peppery spice notes on the flavor profile and again a bit of biscuit and lemon comes through here. This beer is pretty sharp on the flavors. Spicy clove and black pepper bite finish on the swallow, which also completely dries my palate.
Even though the ABV is totally hidden, it just seems like a slightly higher ABV beer.
Pretty complex beer and in a style I dont venture into too often. Received as part of NBS BIF #17.
Beer is enjoyable and drinks pretty easy.

16oz can served in a shaker pint. Don't see a date on it. Bought it at Jubilation yesterday.
Pours a hazy mahogany with a huge, stiff head. Smell is funky, barnyard, something kind of sweet and sort of fruity.
Taste is interesting. Strange grain profile -- probably the rye, gets a little clearer in the aftertaste. Strange fruitiness is still there, funk is strong.
Mouthfeel is a little on the thick side, but not too crazy. Overall, it's not bad. Not loving it.

Man, oh man… And Raul is not sexist - woman, oh woman… The beer speaks to me like Jonah to that whale he was inside. It’s just nice on all levels - outhouse to the penthouse - Raul would enjoy drinking it anywhere. Ok, Mrs Raul is talking…

Foggy dark amber with a short khaki blanket settling to a bubbly uneven collar.
Mildly phenolic and clovey up front, swerving into hints of graham and rye, the finely soft carbonation makes for a refreshing and bone dry brew. It's just not quite what I look for in a saison.

This beer tastes similar to Saison DuPont with some pleasant rye spice. Very nice beer.
Had it from draft at the brewery poured into a tulip glass. Cloudy yellow color with good head and nice lacing. Wonderful lemon and spice smell and taste. Classic saison profile with a bit of earthy funk. Fruity and refreshing. Definitely a beer I would get again!

Excellent light yellow body; lots of lively carbonation; thick, fluffy white head. Fine, field grain aroma with notes of lemon and sweet grass; lightweight barnyard funk. Spicy flavor blended with classic saison funk. Medium-light in body; dry and fizzy.
There is no date release on the bottle for this, but the ABV is 7.0% with 25 IBUs and labeled as "Batch Number 3". The beer looks fantastic and has a very inviting scent to it. I assume the spiciness I detect in the taste if from rye but it's hard to say for sure. The flavors are generally balanced with an easy complexity for the style.
