Casey is a farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. She is pale, tart, delicate, complex with a bit of pleasant funk, and dry hopped with a touch of Nelson Sauvin. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

The beer pours a bright clear yellow with a medium white head. It has medium carbonation. The beer smells of brett, barnyard, Lemon, and pear. It is tart, with brett, barnyard funk, lemon, and pear. The mouthfeel is medium. A good Saison from Equilibrium.

Large bottle, purchased at the brewery a few days ago, no bottling date or vintage info.
Pours medium clouded, minor head, quickly goes to a faint film and next to no lacing.
Bright nose with lime, ginger,n tart berries....nice
This is a lovely tart and flavorful saison, biting lime, more pungent ginger, again super tart berries, all with a hint of musty funk...simply delicious.....would love to pair this with some funky blue cheese, or fresh goat cheese....
Wow-very impressive creation

Pours a brilliantly clear pale yellow gold in color with a finger of dense white head that settles to a thin film and leaves some patches of lacing. Aroma is quite tart with lemon, lime, and white grape notes but is otherwise clean and free of funk. Taste starts with a light+ funk then moves to the tart, acidic lemon and lime; this carries through to the finish alongside a much subtler white wine note. Light+ body with high carbonation. Overall this is an excellent beer, the focus is really on the bright acidity.
