As we continue to experiment with hop combinations, we introduce Enigma for the first time in the dHop series along with a supporting hop bill. dHop 15 pours an opaque bright yellow and has an aroma of melon and light tropical fruits. Upon tasting, we get notes of white wine, earthy dankness, papaya, orange creamsicle and tropical fruit with and a very pronounced escalating brightness we like to call “EQ Juice”.

Can into pint glass. Pours a very hazy light gold with a persistent off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is sweet citrus, pineapple, orange, and grape. Mouthfeel is appropriately thick and cfeamy. Finish fades to a slightly bitter citrus. Overall, a very enjoyable DIPA.

Copenhagen 21/10 2020. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Shiny red fading to purple can with Equilibrium’s casual logo.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a fermented, fruity sweet odor mingling with citric notes. Mango and papaya. Light decay. Citrus and grape fruit. Hints of mustard.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter with a sweet undertone. Finish is dry.
Potent DIPA which does not try to hide it’s ABV.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Horizon Zero Dawn. Bastante acidez de tinte alimonado en una birra, que sin estar nada mal y disfrutandose hasta el final, no merecen la pena el algo precio que hay que pagar por ella. Espera más equilibrio, como indica el nombre de su cervecera

Single can - canned on date April 17/24 - 8.5% ABV on this brewing.
Pale hazy yellow golden pour with a finger plus of creamy white head.
Nose heavy on tropical fruits - mango, ripe pineapple, tangerine - hints of melon; a bit dank and just a touch of pithy citrus.
Tastes of ripe pineapple, papaya, tropical fruit, melon, citrus and some weedy dankness ; notes of white wine and a soft bitterness.
Bright and crisp medium mouthfeel with brisk carbonation and a bittersweet finish.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky yellow/golden pour, towering white head leaves thick rings of lacing. Aroma brings a melange of fruit, orange juice, lemon, peach, pineapple with light floral accents. A heady bouquet. Taste is all of that with some dankness creeping in. Thick, creamy feel. For me, there's way too much going on flavor wise. Not a big fan

L-Pours a gorgeous hazy orange juice colored body. Nice just about two fingered foamy head subtle carbonation.
S-A wonderfully sweet tropical fruit (Guava, mango, papaya, tangerine), funky and wild yeast, grassy earthiness is there.
T-Sweet and fruity upfront, nice notes of mango and papaya, sugary imperial maltiness, slight earthy and vegetal backbone with a nice rewarding bitter bite.
F-Nice and silky. Slight carbonation.
O-I started doing beer reviews on this app at the age of 21. I'm now one day shy of 30... 9 years of beer reviews! Glad I could celebrate my birthday eve will a damn good beer.
I'm not the biggest fan of hazy IPAs. I do feel that they have been overly brewed as of late. But I'm glad to say this beer was really fantastic. Beautiful appearance off of the pour, wonderful fruity and articulate aroma, sweet and rewarding flavor and mouthfeel. This beer was an absolute treasure to drink!

A - Opaque medium dark orange tan colored pour with soapy white lacing that clings to the sides of the glass.
S - Earthy tropical fruit aroma with some slight juiciness.
T - Tropical fruit, melon, and papaya from start to finish. Ends on the sweeter side with very low bitterness and a long lingering tropical fruitiness on the palate.
M - Finishes bone dry on the top of the tongue while and coats the mouth with healthy layer of hops that creates a cotton-like sensation.
O - Pleasing to the palate. (That's all that matters, right?)
