Binary Elements is our biggest stout ever. Period! It was aged for 12 months in Willet barrels before spending an additional 6 months in port barrels.

18 Months later, Binary Elements pours an onyx black with a deep mocha ruby tinted head. Notes of rich fudge, brownie batter, milk chocolate, maple syrup, and dark fruit lead into a beautiful touch of bourbon, which is all underpinned by a deep and rich port barrel on the finish. You can chew this stout. There is a sticky sweetness that clings to your soul cut by bourbon and oaky barrel character which leads to incredibly balanced and harmonized finish that is both flavorful and sophisticated.
