Pours straw gold with thin foam ring. On the nose strong lemon zest and apple with a hint of wet hay. The palate is subtle and complex. Flavors of pear, stone fruit, and green apple. Nice acidity with hints of barrel on the finish. Light bodied with faint effervescence. Overall, a well crafted barrel aged wild ale.
