Draw up a blueprint and follow the design carefully, engineering a S’mores sandwich is serious business and requires precision! We took a thick and fluffy base and conditioned it on Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers for our latest creation. Pitch black with a tan head, aromas of chocolate layer cake batter and marshmallow fluff waft up from your pour with graham crackers playing their supporting role, just like in an actual S’more. Balanced flavors of rich decadent chocolate and gooey marshmallow lead into a fluffy and decadent mouthfeel with a graham cracker cookie finish. A few sips of this nostalgic treat will bring you right back the gooey, chocolate-y goodness of your childhood.

sick label, enormous beer, thick and syrupy as they come, a total dessert bomb, and weird to find this overseas, did not know these guys were sending beer so far away, crazy! cant say this presented as very fresh, but it was still a fun one to share around the group, small dose is plenty of this for most i would imagine, a bottle to the dome would be a mission and a half. modeled on smores, and brewed with marshmallows, cacao nibs, and graham crackers, really intensely flavored but the colossal base stout can handle it, and these guys tend to do this sort of thing very well, its absurd and novelty and all of that, but its also really good, even if i rarely actually want marshmallows in my beer, i realize some folks do. murky and leggy and thick, more brown than black, dense dense dense, and damn near still in the glass. it smells a little oxidized but there is tons of chocolate, a hint of like paint thinner or nail polish remover, but its quick, and then its all graham cracker, like actual graham crackers, honey and all, very genuine with that and its impressive how much it comes up in the aroma through all the darkness this packs. notes of unflavored chewing tobacco, milk chocolate, caramel, molasses, and raisin here too, light vanilla, pretty dynamic and not super roasty and bitter or anything, this is very much in the dessert realm, as intended im sure. the flavor is like the nose, graham cracker forward which is awesome, the marshmallows dont seem to make it any bigger or sweeter than it already is, which could be an illusion, but thats my sense, chocolate all through it, hersheys, some dark earthy cocoa too, slick and almost greasy feeling, sticky sweet, brown sugar, honey, molasses, real graham cracker but also like a honey nut cheerio cereal thing, maybe the toasted outside of a proper smore marshmallow, vanilla with it, long linger on the palate, totally coating my teeth and tongue and i taste this forever. its a little older tasting, a fading black coffee aspect to it, oddly slightly yeasty too, leathery like an old reading chair in a library, pipe tobacco, lots of real graham cracker which is the best part of this, wood polish or something a little harsh at the end along with subtle fusel alcohol lingering on the swallow. weird overall but a pretty fine combination of these ingredients, a little more adult and less gimmicky than some of these out there, seems to be taken seriously which i appreciate, maybe past its peak but still real neat to share, i dont love it being so minimally carbonated, but that might be intentional with something like this. odd but good, i dont miss a barrel on it either, although obviously it would work. these guys make so many beers, its fun to dip in!

500ml bottle. No dating information found.
Black colored body. No back lit edge. Brief appearing and thin mocha brown colored head. Leaves behind a thin film.
Aroma of marshmallow sweetness along with milk chocolate and a bit of graham cracker.
Taste is a burst of chocolate malt ball sitting on a base layer of graham cracker. Marshmallow provides sweetness but does not dominate the taste. Alcohol/boozy note mid point and later. Whiff of chocolate covered cherries at the very end. Sweet chocolate malt lingers in the aftertaste.
Thicker mouthfeel, with moderate stickiness. Sweetness is used to good effect to counter the higher ABV% burn and vapors. Supportive carbonation.
Sticky sweet pastry stout that is balanced with authentic flavors that can be discerned.
