In Science, ρ (the lower case Greek letter Rho) symbolizes density. This is EQ’s first blended BA stout, which combines fractions of Willett and Weller barrels ranging from 25 to 28 months.
The elusive Panama Bambito Estate Geisha coffee for the project. Grown 6000 ft above sea level in an extremely small micro-climate of Panama, Bambito Estate won the 1st prize for their washed Geisha at The Best of Panama Awards 2021. This jewel of a coffee bean was roasted with precision by the Mostra team and makes it clear why Mostra was crowned 2022 US Coffee Roaster Champion.
