500ml bottle. Date stamp on label is '03/23'.
Black colored body, no back lit edge. Brief lasting bright brown colored head. Some brown sludge remains on the surface. A film is left behind on the glass.
Aroma is industrial chocolate cake mix and some lighter peanuts.
Taste is very sweet. Chocolate cake mix prevails. More chocolate from the cacao. Vague earthy presence of peanuts. Sweet chocolate persists in the aftertaste.
Thick mouth feel. Coats the mouth and tongue. No indication of alcohol. Quiet carbonation.
Desert stout that delivers on the chocolate and is underlaid with the earthy peanuts. Calorie count for the win.
