In physics, String Theory says energy vibrates like the elegant strings of a 'Strativarious' and connects quantum mechanics with the General Theory of Relativity, producing a unified theory of everything that exists. Our saison, String Theory, uses a special version of our farmhouse mixed culture along with white wheat and Strata hops before being conditioned on fruit to bring you an elegant and approachable beverage, low in carbs with zero residual sugars.
Crisp and dry with a balanced acidity and lingering minerality, String Theory Blackberry & Cranberry offers bright flavors of berry jam, Concord grape, and earthy cranberry supported by an elegant bready and floral backbone with a perfect amount of tartness.

String Theory - Blackberry & Cranberry pours a clean reddish color, with a small, long-lasting head. The aroma is tart, with lots of cranberries. The flavor is fruit-forward, and fruit strong, tart cranberries, with a sweet blackberry flavor to end it, some spices, but mostly fruit. Does feel a little flat. Overall, it is a nice, easy, big fruit beer with a nice back and-forth between the cranberries and blackberries.
