For the first time, we are excited for you to try Barrel Aged Triple Stacked Coconut Cake. Aged for 16 months in a Barton 1792 barrel, we conditioned the already amazing liquid on triple coconut, almonds, Madagascar vanilla, and cacao nibs.
Get ready for a stacked sensory experience with boozy coconut bon-bon aromas opening things up to a beautiful barrel complexity with plenty of fudge, cream of coconut, and almond marzipan. Each sip offers layers of caramel vanilla, pure coconut, and almond cookie with a touch of creamy bourbon heat to balance out the project.

Vanilla coconut and cocoa. Thick, syrupy and very sweet. Pitch black in color. Slight carbonation & head. Great Pastry Stout. Hugh ABV of 17%. So this is the second of 4 flavors I ordered from EB. Can’t wait to try the other two.
