This was an interesting one. Pours like straight up chocolate syrup in the glass. Looked great until the end of the bottle when some of the nastiest mucusy slugs I've ever seen plopped into the glass, lowering the appearance from a 4+ to a solid 1. Aromas, flavors, and mouthfeel were all exceptional. Super rich, decadent, deserty, and bourbon-forward while not being syrupy, cloying, or harsh. The mouthfeel in particular was almost like marshmallow fluff. It's clear the bourbon barrels used are of high quality, and the vanilla adjuncts made for a really nice frosting/cupcake character. Overall one of the finest BA stouts I've had, which is a relief given the insane price point (I think $80/12oz)

Jet black stout pour, thick brown collar. Huge vanilla with very caramel and molasses forward bourbon barrels, chocolate fudge and a whisper of young leather. Taste has these rich waves of vanilla, rich semi-sweet chocolate, bourbon, caramel, molasses and a hint of plum. Luxurious thick and sticky stout, with an emergent barrel character, cooler for a BA stout but has some chew to it as it warms. Very well made

Pours jet black. Aroma is wonderful sweetness of bourbon, chocolate and vanilla. Taste follows nose but with more intensity. Lots of vanilla, chocolate and bourbon. Oily, medium mouthfeel. Incredible stout.
