Bottled 11/1619. Pours a mostly clear straw color with a small amount of fizzy & short-lived head. Aroma is pleasantly tart with what I think is the lilac lurking, but that may be imagined. Taste is a really nice balance of tart / funky, with the lilac defintely present, but in a complimentary fashion. Relatively minimal carbonation and a light feel overall.
This is well done, and very, very crushable.

This is even better than the wine BA version. Effervescent golden pour with a bubbly white head. Smell captures the lilac essence perfectly in all of its depth, has supporting oak, lemon, pear, light funk, and trace amounts of grass, vanilla, and yeast, could be an air freshener it's so rewarding. Taste does an incredible job of having the lilac and general floral tones star without feeling like you are drinking perfume, stay rooted in the oak and supporting fruits with kisses of tartness. Feel is bubbly, bright, crisp, oak backed and obviously floral toned. Inventive and delicious, breathe in during the late springtime

500 mL bottle.
Full, soft body. Earthy, floral, sweet tart fruit, pear. Nice balance of barrel, floral, yeast and a beginnings of some funk. Didn't expect to like this as much as I did.
