Look: Cloudy light to medium yellow with a gargantuan of a head that quickly forms a 2-finger pillow and holds, slowly receding and leaving copious lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Lemon zest, white peppercorns, wet hay, floral hops, undertones of earthiness, cereal grains, and bready malt
Taste: Starts off with lively citrus zest and a lot of it, as wet hay and floral hops follow close behind with notes of orange blossom and sweet box. Earthy notes start to make their way in and peppery notes weave in and out throughout before closing with more zest, grains, and wet hay
Mouthfeel: Light but full, high to medium-high carbonation, and a slightly dry finish
Overall: I love this beer. I’ve only had it four or five times but it’s a tasty and well-made Saison that hits the perfect balance of nuance and subtle notes that define the style but not overpoweringly so that someone new to the style might feel unapproachable. A tasty treat and a great change-of-pace beer for lighter drinking excursions

Bought two from Beer Drop and glad I did.
Not knowing Level, I found it curious that a saison could be their most-rated on BA. At only 5 years old, a brewer might have a chance of, say, 1 in 7 of making a saison this good. So I go their website to investigate and see they have three taprooms with extensive ale menus (also an accomplishment for a five year old whose business model is caught in a pandemic). So, I scroll out on the map and see the taprooms are in suburban Portland. Lots of brewing intelligence in that metro helps explain this success.
While everything is above average in Ready Player One, its balanced Tastes and medium mouth (despite a light 4.8 ABV) both indicate skill. The Taste interplay is intriguing between the sweet citrus and the tart... kind of like putting orange juice on your morning ruby tart grapefruit, but it works. I get ginger in the finish. A good different. And based on some of the early reviews, Ready has improved over time.
7/3/22 Had the second can as refreshment to start correctly the Dog Days of Summer. Minor editing and change upward in the rating. I will have Level's Belgos again. Keep count @ UnTappd.

12oz can (date obscured) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy pale yellow color with an inch of fluffy white head that had low retention and lacing.
Some grain, yeast spice, and floral hops in the nose.
Fairly well similar on the tongue, with the yeast lingering at the back.
The body was light, crisp and smooth.
Drinkability was very good, I could see knocking back a couple.
Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable brew. Worth a shot if you see it.

Dry Hopped Saison 4.8% alc.
12 oz single can from Lifesource in Salem OR.
$1.99
Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a small yet persistent bubbly off white head.
Sour bubble gum aromas..some ginger? Some citrus hop.
Taste is very balanced actually getting the spice the hops and some biscuit malts.more clove in the end.
Nice enough mouth feel..carbonation could be stronger per style.
Average really,,but this is a young brewer.give this a couple of years and it could be good

Hazy pale gold with two fingers of rapidly dropping head. Nice amount of lacing.
Smell is citrus and barnyard.
Taste is citrus lemon barnyard and minor malt.
Mouthfeel is light with good carbonation. The finish is balanced and lightly bitter.
Overall an interesting saison. I might have to drink this again.

A fresh hop session Saison in an affordable six pack of cans! Worth a shot. This beer pours a nice translucent yellow with a modest foamy white head that laces mildly. Smells like walking into a busy brew house. Fresh grain, fresh floral hops, and a slight resemblance of hominy creeps in. Flavor is full of subtleties: cracked grain, white pepper, wildflower honey ,fresh cut grass, and a drop of lemon. Feel is light with a mild carbonation making it just a hair above water. Crisp, fresh, and easy. Overall, this isn't necessarily extremely unique, but it's delicious and could easily be a staple session beer. If it came in 24 packs for a reasonable fare, it would easily be found in my fridge at all times. Cheers!
