On draft at More. Served in a minisnifter glass. Pours an incredibly pulpy and hazy peach orange body, half finger white head, short retention and no lacing. Lots of tiny granules remaining on the glass. Smell is rich stonefruit, peach juice, apricot flesh, a slight lemon and wheat in the background, but the stonefruit dominates. Not particularly complex, but the amount of fruit in this is staggering. Flavour follows; tons of stonefruit, a touch of lemon and maybe a dab of salt. Light wheat backbone providing a little bit of counterweight. Peach juice, slightly tart apricot flesh. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, creamy and pulpy, appropriately carbonated. Big stonefruit punch from the beginning to the end. Chicago's answer to The Answer, is pretty much what I would call this beer.
